             The doors close on Sam and Raj just as Maurice enters.
             Maurice presses for another car. It arrives.

             from a room. A Montreal HOCKEY GAME blares on the TV. He sees
             Mary on the balcony.

             Howard peeks past Smithson and makes eyes at Bones.

             Bones is disgusted. Neil rolls his eyes.

             The elevator stops at 7. Bones and Smithson get off.

             On the balcony Sam looks up just as...

             Smithson turns up his nose and exits.

             The Tracker Beeps faster as Neil and Howard stalk by #832.
             Neil points at it then leads them to the suite next door.

             Neil knocks. Empty. He takes out a TOOL and picks the lock.

             CLICK! AS Neil opens the door...

             Neil slips in.

             Maurice appears down the hall with ice. Howard pretends to
             check the lock then moves on, speaking into his lapel.

             He nods at Maurice as they pass each other. Maurice enters
             #832. As the door closes, Howard U-turns back to his post.

                                 OPERATOR (V.O.)
                       One moment, I'll try that for you.

             SPLIT SCREEN: INT. TJ & SAM'S SUITES - DAY

             Sam is on the phone.

             TJ, in his tux, on the phone. He closes: the Black Briefcase,
             identical to Botha's, $250K in neat bundles, within.

             CHIEF. Neil's Tracker drops on the grass at their feet.

             Neil, dazed, looks into the room and sees...

             The Guys burst in, Sam ready to fire. The room's empty!

             TJ rides down with Mary, Henri and Maurice with the
             Briefcase. TJ throws Mary an icy glare.

             A small CROWD laughs as a TOURIST slaughters COPA CABANA.

             Gringo sets his cell on a table beside his laptop. He calls
             up pages of the Hotel security set-up for the summit.

             Howard scopes Gringo from the bar. He sips an umbrella drink.
             He bobs his head and mouths the lyrics. He's into it.

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - NIGHT

             USHERS undrape a large PLATINUM PLAQUE. APPLAUSE.

             Dinner for 500 is done. STAFF finish pouring CHAMPAGNE.

             On the floor at one table are: TJ, Mary, Henri, Maurice, the
             two Inmates and FOUR other Guests.

             At a nearby table are: Sam, Bones, Raj, the Old Lady and SIX
             other Guests.

             The head table: at a podium is Patterson. His Crew to the
             left, Coleridge, Akisha, Botha and Beauty to the right.

             Howard, drink in hand, is on stage with a tipsy, large WOMAN.
             A larger AUDIENCE hoots as they belt out, FEELINGS.

             Gringo punches up a Blue Water Hotel LIGHTING SCHEMATIC and
             FIRE ALARM split-screen view.

             Howard steps in front of the Woman and hogs the big finish.
             He keeps an eye on Gringo.

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - NIGHT

             Sam dances Bones toward TJ and Mary, dancing. Bones sighs as
             they pass Akisha dancing with her Father.

             Neil pushes a TROLLEY completely draped with linen, beside
             Raj and begins to clear cutlery. Raj sneaks below the table.

             Maurice hands an amused Botha the Box. He opens the case
             under the table and powers up the MOFO. He smiles to TJ.

             Beauty gives Maurice her Briefcase. Maurice leaves.

                       It's done, give me the antidote.

                       Just one last detail.

             Akisha's concerned by Sam's strange dance with Mary.

             Neil, pushing the Trolley, tracks Maurice.

             Botha, hands under the table, unscrews the MOFO transmitter.

             Maurice opens the Case below his table. 2.5 Million dollars.
             He nods to TJ then sets the Case on the floor beside him.

             Mary collapses and pulls Sam to the floor.

             Guests gasp. TJ ignores Sam and walks away.

             Bones rushes TJ and starts whacking him with his purse. TJ
             repels Bones and nails him with a wicked punch. Bones drops.

             The Crowd is aghast. Akisha runs toward Bones, horrified.

             Bones sees Sam wants to go after TJ but can't leave Mary.

             Bones dives at TJ. They fight.

             Neil and his Trolley are parked behind Maurice and Henri.

             ANOTHER ANGLE: Raj reaches out from under the Trolley table
             cloth toward the Briefcase at Maurice's feet.

             The Security Chief radios. Security Men move to whisk the
             Dignitaries to safety.

             Botha punches a speed dial number on his cell as he stands.

                       This is better than hockey!

             Howard, an eye on Gringo, wraps up Try a Little Tenderness.

                                 HOWARD

             Gringo's cell beeps. Gringo hits a key on his laptop.

             The Hotel FIRE ALARM SOUNDS!

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - NIGHT

             The Alarm blares as the SPRINKLERS go off! PANDEMONIUM!

             TJ is about to finish Bones off with a chair as...

             The LIGHTS GO OUT!

             EXT. CABIN CRUISER - NIGHT

             A cell beeps, signaling the Armed Bad Crew, in scuba gear to
             slip over the side and swim toward the Rendezvous nearby.

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - NIGHT

             Amidst the screams, Botha slips out a back door.

             EMERGENCY LIGHTS come on. The Guests rush for the doors.

             TJ's pants are at his ankles. Bones' wig goes flying as he
             punches TJ. Akisha kicks TJ in the balls. He goes down.

                                 BONES

             Akisha realizes Bones is a MAN.

             Enamoured, Akisha's hustled away. The sprinklers go OFF.

             Neil and Raj, with his Briefcase rush toward Sam and Mary.
             Maurice grabs his Briefcase and the Twins follow.

             Sam cradles Mary on the floor. She's fading fast!

                       Bones, the antidote!

                       Good lord!

             G-Men and Sylvie rush to grab TJ. Bones digs in TJ's pockets.

             TJ breaks, pushing Bones to the floor. TJ rips the Briefcase
             from Maurice and rushes for the door.

             Bones is up.
             TRIP! TJ takes a header and the case slides across the floor.
             The Old Lady smirks as she pulls back her cane.
             Bones lands on TJ and throws him a solid hook.

                                 BONES
                       I could kick your ass all night!

             TJ's out. Bones digs into his pockets and finds the VIAL.

                                 BONES
                       Sammy!

             Bones throws the Vial and Sam catches it.

             Sam pours the liquid into Mary's mouth. She swallows some.
             BEAT. Mary stops breathing!

                                 BONES
                       Do something Sammy!

             Sam gives her mouth to mouth. As he pumps her chest...

             Mary gasps for breath, she's back! They hug and kiss.

             Holding the Tracker, the Security Chief picks up the
             transmitter at Botha's seat.

             Sam slides Mary into Bones' arms. Sam's up and gone.

             A revived TJ is helped up by the Twins. Sylvie is in his face.

                       You're all under arrest!

             EXT. BLUE WATER/BEACH FRONT - NIGHT

             Sam races up the gangway and dives into the SHUTTLE loaded
             with Coleridge, Akisha, G-Men and the Plaque as it pulls away.

             INTERCUT WITH: EXT. BLUE WATER/TERRACE - NIGHT

             Bones supports Mary as Sylvie, Security Chief, Raj, Neil, TJ,
             Maurice, Henri, and the arresting G-Men all watch.

                                 BONES
                       I hope Sam knows what he's doing.

                                 MARY

             The Shuttle heads to the Rendezvous past the moored Yachts.

             Gringo sips a drink at a table in the shadows.

             INTERCUT WITH: EXT. RENDEZVOUS - NIGHT

             Bad Boys and Girls surface on Rendezvous' sea side and launch
             grappling hooks up to the railings. They scale the hull.

             G-Men haul Sam in front of Coleridge and Akisha.

                                 SAM
                       Sir. I believe your life is in
                       jeopardy!

             NIGHTVISION BINOCULAR POV: Sam talks with Coleridge.

             INTERCUT WITH: EXT. BOTHA'S CIGAR BOAT - NIGHT

             Botha drops the Binoculars. Beauty idles amongst the yachts.

                                 BOTHA
                       It seems you don't know when to
                       stop, Mr. Reagan. Beauty, this is
                       going to be a blast.

             Botha dials the MOFO to 11. Beauty guns it.

             The Cigar Boat races at the Shuttle, just entering open water.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       I'd trust Mr. Botha with my life!

                                 SAM
                       And your daughter's life too, sir?

             Botha aims then fires the MOFO. The Laser vaporizes a trail
             of water as it streaks toward the Shuttle.

             KABOOM! A chunk of boat is blown to splinters. A G-Man flies
             off the Shuttle.

             Gasps from the terrace as they see the Shuttle listing.

             Two Coast Guard Cutters bear down in the distance, their
             searchlights playing across the ACTION.

                                 AKISHA
                       He's going to shoot again!

             Coleridge pulls Akisha below the side.

                                 SAM
                              (yells to driver)
                       HIT IT!

             Sam catches his reflection in the Plaque.

                                 SAM
                       Platinum!

             Botha fires again. The Laser Beam races toward the shuttle.

                                 MARY
                       SAM!

             Sam swings the Plaque toward the Ray. BOOM! The Laser
             reflects down, boiling the water to a cloud of steam.

             Botha is pissed! He keeps the Beam trained on Sam.

             Sam struggles against the force of the Beam. He's weakening.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       Do it, sam!

             Sam angles the Plaque. The Laser's Ray deflects and speeds at
             Botha. Botha and Beauty scream as...

             KABOOM! The Cigar Boat is blown to pieces.

             Cries of joy from the Shuttle. Sam lifts Akisha to her feet.

             Mary and Bones hug. The terrace Crowd is elated.

                                 SECURITY CHIEF
                              (into walkie)
                       Protect the Rendezvous! Move in!

             The Cutters race to the sinking Shuttle and the Rendezvous.

             G-Men subdue the Bad Kids as they hop the Rendezvous' rail.

             The Cutter fires a salvo across the Cabin Cruiser's bow.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       Mr. Reagan, San Sebastian owes you
                       a huge debt of gratitude!

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - NIGHT

             Sam, Mary, Bones, Akisha, Neil, Howard, Raj, TJ, the Twins,
             Inmates, Old Lady, Coleridge, Patterson and G-Men gather.

             Sylvie and the Security Chief enter.

                                 SYLVIE
                       No sign of Albert Botha but we've
                       got his entire team.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       It appears you were right about
                       that man, Sam.

                                 MARY
                       Sam's been right a lot recently.

             Mary hugs Sam.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       His associates in San Sebastian
                       have all fled. Mr. Botha's coup
                       fizzled when his cowards at the
                       oil fields learned of his demise.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Et maintenant, Monsieur Marion
                       Francis Butterworth, what is in
                       the case?

             TJ is subdued by G-Men, defiant.

                                 TJ
                       I know my rights! I want my call!

                                 SAM
                       Oh, you're a lawyer and an asshole.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Ouvrez cette coffre d'affair,
                       Monsieur Joseph Maurice Richard!

             Maurice opens the case. Silverware clatters to the floor.

             TJ's shocked!

                                 TJ
                              (to Maurice and Henri)
                       You big french-fried monkeys!

             Henri decks TJ, knocking him out again.

                                 MAURICE
                       I don't think he get his money
                       back.

                                 SYLVIE

                       Balasubramanyam Saab?

             Raj grins at Neil then opens his case. The $2.5 Million!

                                 SAM
                       That money belongs to San
                       Sebastian, now that Botha won't be
                       living up to his end of the deal.

                                 COLERIDGE
                       I think you're right. By the way,
                       I happen to be minus one Minister
                       of Homeland Security. Would you and
                       your team be interested, Mr. Reagan?

             Grins and smiles from Sam, Mary, Bones, Akisha, Neil and Raj.

             EXT. BLUE WATER/BEACH FRONT - SUNRISE

             The Red Dory is beached in the sand at the water's edge.

             A DIVE SUIT is draped on boat's bench. A White Hand slips the
             GPS Transmitter into a breast pocket.

             EXT. BLUE WATER/BEACH FRONT - DAY

             Sam is flat on the sand below a Coconut Tree, rubbing his
             head.

                                 BONES/AKISHA (V.O.)
                       ...the girl from Ipanema goes
                       walking...
                              (continues throughout)

             He turns and sees...

             ...the Inmates in beach chairs, toasting umbrella drinks to...

             ...Mary, in her bikini, waving at Sam from the shallow water.

             The Red Dory is anchored in deeper water behind her now. A
             Coast Guard Launch eases next to it.

             INTERCUT WITH: UNDERWATER - DAY

             Gringo scubas down past Botha and Beauty. They float in
             suspended animation, but are definitely dead.

             Mary brushes sand off Sam's face.

                                 BONES/AKISHA (V.O.)
                       How can I tell her I love her...

             Gringo whisks away the sand on the bottom to reveal the MOFO.

             INTERCUT WITH: EXT. COAST GUARD LAUNCH - DAY

             Neil's Tracker Pings in the White Hand.

             It's Howard, in a Hawaiian shirt with Sylvie in her Dior/Cop
             get-up, and Security Chief. They watch the approaching Dory.

             G-Men train their weapons on Gringo as he breaks the surface.
             He holds up the MOFO, surrendering.

             Howard holds up the Tracker for Gringo.

             Gringo feels the bump in his suit and pulls out the
             Transmitter.

             Howard pats Sylvie's bottom. Sylvie turns, to rip his face
             off, then...She kisses him. They clutch in face sucking mode.

             INT. BLUE WATER/KARAOKE BAR - DAY

                                 BONES/AKISHA
                              (finishing)
                       ...she just doesn't see, no she
                       just doesn't see.

             All the G-Men have abandoned their post to watch from the
             doors. They applaud as Bones and Akisha kiss on stage.

             Out the bar...

             INT. BLUE WATER/LOBBY - DAY

             ...past Smithson with a BLACK EYE placing a card on an easel:
             NEXT WEEK: 1ST ANNUAL RAINBOW BRIDGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

             ...past yellow POLICE barrier tape across the entrance to...

             INT. BLUE WATER/GALA ROOM - DAY

             ...through the room preserved as it was for evidence to...

             ...Neil and Raj hidden in the corner by the Trolley.

             Raj lifts the table cloth revealing a large TUREEN. Neil
             lifts off the cover revealing...the $250K. Raj and Neil smile
             at one another as they put the cash into the Black Briefcase.

             We find Sam and Mary on the beach kissing like true lovers.
