Sam pulls into a Gas Station.

             INT. GPS SECURITY SYSTEMS/CONTROL ROOM - NIGHT

             The Arab Tech cringes as Howard grabs his shoulders.

             INT/EXT. SAM'S VAN/GAS STATION-PARKED - NIGHT

             Sam considers the Envelope addressed to Mary then puts it on
             the dash.

             A PRETTY WOMAN, getting gas sees Sam through his window as...

             Sam sings, unheard, as he rips a length off a DUCT tape roll.
             He does something weird below the window. He turns back...

             The Pretty Woman scrunches her nose at him.

             Sam gets out and begins filling his tank. The Duct tape
             covers the rip in his leotard.

                                 SAM
                       Hey I could be a star if it was
                       cool to be a fool...

             INTERCUT WITH: INT/EXT. MINI & CAB/TRAVELING - NIGHT

             The Mini spins out of a corner. Raj's Cab is on his tail.

             The two Dots almost merge as they both close in on the Blip.

                                 BONES
                       LaserTech! Shit, they're tracking
                       the box.

             Bones makes a sharp turn down an alley.

             PEDESTRIANS scatter.

                                 RAJ
                       Just like in the movies!

             Raj jams the wheel hard. Neil is thrown across the back seat.

                                 NEIL
                       Ooof! Don't turn! Go straight!

                                 RAJ
                       But the Mini is right in front of us!

             Bones careens out onto a road. CARS skid to avoid the Mini.

             On his Display map...Sam's Blip is stationary a few streets
             away. Bones and Neil's Dots are moving toward Sam's location.

                                 BONES
                       Lordie! Sam's the red dot!

             Bones floors it and pulls away into the traffic.

                                 BONES
                       I'm coming, Sammy!

             Raj's Cab spins out of the alley and chases Bones' Mini.

             Neil pops up, the worse for wear, checking his Hand-held.

                                 NEIL
                       I don't believe this! He's using
                       my tracker and he's after the same
                       van. Who the hell is this guy?!
                       Raj, What's the fastest way to
                       Graham and Park?

                                 RAJ
                       My way!

             Raj turns hard into an alley and Neil flies across the back.
             Sam turns and swipes his QUICK PAY CARD.
             The Mini veers through traffic and takes a hard RIGHT.
             Sam hops into his Van.
             The Cab bounces out of an alley and slides into a LEFT turn.

             The Dots and Blip on Neil's Tracker have lined up on one
             street and are converging on Sam's Blip from opposite
             directions. The Beeping gets faster.

                                 NEIL
                       We're closer!

             The Mini's Display tells Bones the same story.
             The Mini and Cab bear down the street toward each other.

             At the exit, Parked Vehicles block Sam's view of the road.

             SIRENS in the distance.
             The Mini and the Cab are heading straight for the unseen Van.

                                 BONES
                       I know you're there somewhere!

             Sam pulls onto the street, unaware of the approaching cars.

             On the Mini's Display the two Dots converge on the Blip and
             the Beeps near crescendo.

             Neil's Hand-held reveals the same.

             Bones looks up.

                                 BONES
                       Sammmmmyyyy!

             Bones cranks hard.
             Raj sees the Mini spinning into his lane.

                                 RAJ
                       Ohay Rama Batchgay!

             Raj pulls hard right on the wheel and his Cab goes into a
             slide. Neil flies across the back seat. Cars brake and skid.

             Sam checks his mirror and sees the commotion behind him.

             The Mini brakes to a stop perpendicular to the curb.

             The Cab slides to a stop, inches from the Mini. They're 180
             degrees to each other, driver window to driver window.

             Bones comes face to face with Raj.

                                 BONES
                       You?!

                                 RAJ
                       Crazy, crazy, CRAZY!

             Neil pops up in the back.

                                 NEIL
                       Give me my Mini!

             Bones sees POLICE CARS, lights flashing, bearing down them.

                                 BONES
                       Oh shit!

             Bones floors the Mini and squeals out after Sam.

                                 NEIL
                       We gotta get outa here!

                                 RAJ
                       Goodness gracious!

             The Cab reverse-spins, then speeds after the Mini.

             Sam sees the strange procession and flashing police lights in
             his mirror. He pulls over to the side to let it pass.

             Bones sees Sam pull over and the Cops gaining in his rearview.

                                 BONES
                       Catch you later, Sammy.

             Sam watches the Mini race by.

                                 SAM
                       Bones?

                                 RAJ
                       I feel I must stop now!

                                 NEIL
                       No, Raj! No cops! Five hundred if
                       you get us out of here!

                                 RAJ
                       Now I'm the crazy one!

             The Cab whizzes by the Van. Sam and Neil share a look.

             The Mini, then the Cab then the Cop cars veer around a curve.

                                 SAM
                       Weird.

             Sam pulls out and continues on.

             INT. RAJ'S CAB/TRAVELING - NIGHT

             Neil's on his cell, scratching the mic with his nails.

                                 NEIL
                       No, nothing to worry about Mr.
                       Hutchinson-Braunstien. Nothing at
                       all. See this all the time!

             INTERCUT WITH: INT. HOWARD'S CAR/TRAVELING - NIGHT

             Howard's on his cell. He checks everyone's position on his
             Dash Display, including his own FOURTH GREEN Dot.

                       Neil, you just passed our quarry!

                                 NEIL (V.O.)
                       Oh! You're breaking up.

                                 HOWARD
                       McGuire!

                                 NEIL (V.O.)
                       I'm losing you, Sir.

                                 HOWARD
                       No, wait!

             Click. Dial tone...

                                 HOWARD
                       Son of a...!

             EXT. MARY'S LOW-RISE APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Mary stops by her door as her Cab pulls away. Mary puzzles at
             the bizarre car chase disappearing around the corner.

             INTERCUT WITH: INT/EXT. MINI/ RAJ'S CAB/ COP CARS - NIGHT

             Bones watches his rearview...

             In front of him, A DELIVERY TRUCK backs out onto the street.

                                 BONES
                       NOOO!

             Bones puts the Mini into another ninety degree slide.

             SMASH! He hits the Truck. His driver's side is jammed against
             the passenger door of the Truck.

             Raj cranks the wheel hard and slides sideways.

                                 RAJ/NEIL
                       NOOO!!!

                                 BONES
                       NOOO!!!

             The Cop cars swerve and slide.

             Raj stops, parallel to the Mini, facing a wall.

             A Cop car glances off the Cab's nose, spinning it in circles.

                                 NEIL/RAJ
                       NOOO!!!

             The Cop car smashes into a hydrant, water sprays everywhere.

             Raj's Cab comes to rest facing an alley.

                                 RAJ
                       Yes!

             Neil sees the other Cop car bearing down on them.

                                 NEIL
                       NOOO!!!

             Raj guns it into the alley to escape.

             Bones sees Raj's Cab clear revealing another skidding Cop car.

                                 BONES
                       NOOO!!!

            Neil watches out the back window as Raj speeds away.

                                 NEIL
                       Not the Mini!

             The Cop car plows into the Mini. CRASH!!!

             EXT. MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Mary winces at the sound of crunching metal.

             INT. HOWARD'S CAR/TRAVELING - NIGHT

             Howard sees a green Dot disappear off his screen.

                                 HOWARD
                        That better not be my Mini!

             INT. SAM'S VAN/TRAVELLING - NIGHT

             Sam sees in the distance...

             Mary entering her building.

             Sam honks at her but she's gone. As he drives by the door...

             Mary's not in the lobby anymore.

             EXT. CITY STREET/CRASH SCENE - NIGHT

             More Police cars converge on the scene. The COP who hit the
             hydrant is draped unconscious across the wheel. The COP in
             the second Cruiser pounds on his door trying to get.

             Bones shakes it off. He's trapped. The passenger door of the
             truck is right beside him. Bones hammers on it.

             The door slides open. Bones squeezes through the his window.

                                 BONES
                       Coming through!

             Bones pushes past the gawking DRIVER.

                                 DRIVER
                       Hey buddy!

             Bones hops out the Driver's door and runs off into the night.

             INT. MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             The lights are off. Mary creeps through the front door.

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON (O.S.)
                       Your White boy show?

             Mary stops in the living room doorway. MRS. WORTHINGTON looks
             out the window trying to locate the commotion in the distance.

                                 MARY
                       Eventually, Mamma.

             Mrs. W. is beautiful, just old enough to be Mary's Mother.

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON
                       Um hmm. Didn't go too well?

                                 MARY

             Mary heads down the hall.

             Raj's battered Cab sits hidden behind a Dumpster.

             Neil dials the Hand-held volume up. Beep, Beep.

             Neil squints, locating a distant target.

             Neil whips out a MINI TELESCOPE from his pocket. He sees...

             Sam sits his Van at one end of Mary's building.

             EXT. ALLEY NEAR MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

                       There's our quarry. In the van.

             Neil hands the Scope to Raj. He watches.

                                 NEIL
                       Criminal. Most likely armed and
                       dangerous. And carrying the stolen
                       goods I've been hired to retrieve.

             A PATROL CAR drives by, panning it's search light. They duck
             back behind the crates.

                       We must get to him then.

                                 NEIL
                       I intend to but I have to warn you
                       Raj, despite all my considerable
                       talent, this could get messy.

                                 RAJ
                       I've seen much worse.

                                 NEIL
                       Well then, Partner?

                                 RAJ

             INT/EXT. SAM'S VAN & MARY'S APARTMENT/PARKING LOT - NIGHT

             Sam considers the Envelope. He slips it in his bag. Sam hops
             out and heads for the laneway behind Mary's building.

             EXT. BONES' APARTMENT BUILDING - NIGHT

             SFX: A PHONE NUMBER IS SPEED DIALED.

             Bones slinks in the shadows and through his doorway.

             INT. BONES' APARTMENT BUILDING/STAIRCASE - NIGHT

             SFX: RINGING.

             Bones trudges up the stairs.

                       The guards...they were chasing me!
                       Yeah...

             INT/EXT. TJ'S LIMO/TRAVELLING - NIGHT

             SFX: CONNECTING.

             A STRETCH LIMO speeds through the streets.

             Henri drives. TJ and Gringo ride in back. Gringo works his
             high-tech computer set-up, hacked into the phone call.

                       Monsieur Rabbit et dans la maison.

             Gringo punches on the I-Pod Dialogue Box: RECORDING.

             INT. BONES' APARTMENT BUILDING/STAIRCASE - NIGHT

             Bones gets to the landing.

                       ...and the box must've fallen into

             Bones unlocks and opens the door.

             INT. BONES' APARTMENT - NIGHT

             The place is trashed. Blood spatters the wall! A LEG sticks
             out from behind an overturned couch.

             Bones is gone. WE HEAR him tripping down the stairs. Quiet.

             Maurice steps out from a closet. He speaks into his cell.

             Snickering. Maurice disconnects.

             It's Spike and Larry! They're getting up, wiping blood off.

             Gringo hacks through several levels of GPS SECURITY internal
             WEB PAGES. An I-Pod Dialogue Box flashes: RECORDING.

             Gringo brings up another page. He's hacked into the Quebec
             Licence Bureau. He enters the Plate Number. TaDa!

                       A Mister Samuel Thomas Reagan?

                       Curiouser and curiouser.

                       And now for my next trick.

             Gringo brings up the GPS Security Systems TRACKING SCREEN. He
             sees Sam's Blip, Howard's moving and Neil's stationary Dots.

                       Tracker Dudes are closing in.

                       On my black box! Wait! You knew
                       how to find him?!

             Gringo punches another key. The screens go blank.

                                 GRINGO
                      TJ. About my money?

             EXT. ALLEY NEAR MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Neil holds up the Tracker. Sam's Blip is moving.

                                 NEIL
                       Let's go.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Sam watches the windows. A light pops on THREE floors up. Sam
             picks up some stones and tosses one.

             It misses the window.

             Sam throws another stone.

             INT. MARY'S APARTMENT/MARY'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

             Mary's in bra and panties, studies herself in a mirror. She
             fingers a PHOTO of her and Sam, the same one on Sam's cart.
 

             In the Photo...A BABY MATERIALIZES in Sam's arms.

             Mary smiles.

             In the Photo...Sam and Mary kiss.

             RING!

             Mary's dream Photo reverts to the original.

             Mary grabs her cell and checks the caller ID. She lets it
             ring again as she stews. Mary relents.

                       OK. Speak!

             INTERCUT WITH: EXT. LANEWAY/BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT-NIGHT

                       Come to the window!

                                 MARY
                       What?

                                 SAM
                              (holding the Envelope)
                       I'm down below. I have a surprise.
                       For tomorrow!

             Mary draws the drapes. She's a back-lit vision.

                                 SAM
                       You're so beautiful Mary!

             Mary pushes the window open and yells down.

                                 MARY
                       Uh huh. That's a bullshit line!

             A baby begins to cry. Dogs bark. Mary hisses into her phone.

                                 MARY
                       And it won't work this time!

                                 MARY

             TJ, Gringo and the Twins laugh over Sam and Mary's phone call.

             TJ's not laughing now. Neither are Henri and Maurice.

             Up front, Henri and Maurice trade private smirks.

             TJ nods. Gringo presses a dialogue box: PHONE DISCONNECT.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             DIAL TONE.

                       Sam!?

             Sam is gesturing below but Mary can't hear him on her cell.

                                 MARY
                              (spent)
                       I really wanted you to be the one.

                                 SAM
                       What?! I didn't hear. Mary, my
                       phone's dead.

                                 MARY
                       Go to hell, Sam!

             Mary throws her cell down at him.

             SMASH! Mary's phone splinters on the ground.

             INT. MARY'S APARTMENT/MARY'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

             Mary falls on her bed. Mrs. W. stands at the door.

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON
                       You're making a bloody spectacle
                       of yourself over that man.
                              (softer)
                       I'd hoped my girl would have found
                       someone of substance by now.

             Mary mocks her Mother by effecting a Jamaican patois.

                                 MARY
                       A man of colour, you mean?

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON
                       A man of colour, yes, but a man of
                       substance, too.

                                 MARY
                       And have his black kids in his black
                       home in a black neighbourhood that
                       go to a black school.

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON

                                 MARY

             Sam crouches by Mary's cell. He hears Beeping. He turns.

             Neil and Raj charge from their hiding spot and tackle Sam.

                       The bag's the ticket! Get the bag!

             INT. MARY'S APARTMENT/MARY'S BEDROOM - NIGHT

             Mary and Mrs. W. hear the commotion. They race to the window.

             POV: Sam wrestles with Neil and Raj.

                                 MARY
                       Mamma, call 911!

             Mary throws on her robe as she races out the door.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Sam uses his Bag as a shield to repel Neil's Karate moves.

                                 NEIL
                     Give me the bag!

             Sirens in the distance.

                                  SAM
                              (looking at the bag)
                       What the...?

             Raj dives at the Bag. Sam swings him around in circles until
             he slams into Neil and they both go for a tumble.

             A COP CAR turns into the alley.

             INT/EXT. TJ'S LIMO/FRONT OF MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             The Limo pulls up.

                       You're a very popular man, Sammy
                       Reagan.

             Henri and Maurice are spooked when they see the Cops.

                                 HENRI
                       Boss?

                                 TJ
                       Stay put.

             Mary runs from the lobby toward the fight around the side.

                                 TJ
                       Doesn't that just tear at your
                       heart strings.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             The Cop car has stopped in the lane at the far end of the
             apartment. LADY COP and COP 1 race toward the fight.

             Lady Cop draws her GUN on the fighting trio.

                                 LADY COP
                       Down! Get down!

             The Boys stop fighting, out of breath.

             Cop 1 pushes Neil and Raj to their knees.

                                 NEIL
                       He's the one, Officer! I can
                       prove--

                                 LADY COP
                       Shut up.
                              (to Sam)
                       Get your hands up!

             Sam raises his hands. Mary stops between Sam and Lady Cop.

                                 MARY
                       He was being attacked!

             Howard's Lexus speeds into the laneway.

             INTERCUT WITH: INT. HOWARD'S LEXUS - NIGHT

                                 HOWARD
                       Oh God!

             Howard jams on the brakes when he sees the scene in front of
             him. He throws it in reverse.

             An UNMARKED COP CAR with a dashboard FLASHING CHERRY slides
             into the laneway behind Howard. It blasts its siren as it
             races toward him. The lane is too narrow to pass.

                                 HOWARD
                       Shit!

             Howard shifts forward again.

             Everyone is distracted by the new commotion.

                                 SAM
                              (to Mary)
                       It was going to be a surprise.

                                 MARY
                       What's going on Sam?

                                 LADY COP
                              (to Sam)
                       I said drop!

             She cocks her gun. Sam raises his hands higher.

             Howard's Lexus comes to rest behind the Cop car.

             Sylvie gets out of her Unmarked car behind Howard.

             Sam sees Sylvie stop at Howard's car and look in.

             EXT. TROPICAL BEACH/FANTASY - DAY

             Sylvie slams the jail cell door on Sam. The Inmates clink
             their umbrella drinks behind him.

             Mary and Mrs. W are over Sylvie's shoulder, scowling.

                                 NEIL (V.O.)
                       This is the man who should be
                       locked up.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

                                 NEIL
                       He's stolen valuable property!

                                 SAM
                       Whatever happens, Mary, you have
                       to trust me.

             Sylvie glares at Howard.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Bouger pas, Monsieur!

             Sylvie storms toward the scene.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Tell me the story, Officer.

             Lady Cop turns to speak to Sylvie. Sam breaks and bolts down
             the laneway dodging in and out of parked cars toward his Van.

                                 NEIL
                       He's getting away!

                                 LADY COP
                              (aiming at Sam)
                       Freeze!

                                 MARY
                       No!

             Mary lunges and knocks Lady Cop's arm down.

             BANG! The bullet ricochets off the pavement between Neil and
             Raj. They turn to each other in shock.

             INT. TJ'S LIMO - NIGHT

                                 TJ

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Sam scrambles over a fence into a yard down the lane.

             Cop 1 takes off after Sam. Lady Cop trains her gun on Mary.

                                 SYLVIE
                       You're under arrest!
                              (into walkie)
                       Where's my backup?

             Neil waves his Tracker at Sylvie, making to follow Sam.

                          NEIL                          SYLVIE
                  See?! That's the thief!       You stay put!
                  I'm tracking him.

             Sylvie and Lady Cop's radios squawk constant cop talk.

             Mrs. W runs to comfort Mary.

                          MRS. WORTHINGTON              SYLVIE
                  Are you all right girl?          (to Mary)
                                                What's your name?
                          NEIL
                  Please, I can catch him!              MARY
                                                Oh Mamma! I was so scared.

             Neil's Tracker and Howard's Display Beep in the BG.

                                 NEIL
                       I've been hired to recover items
                       stolen by the man she...
                              (turning to Mary)
                       ...helped escape!

                                 SYLVIE
                       Hey! I'll decide who's guilty
                       around here. Who the hell are you?

                                 HOWARD
                       He's my employee!

                                 SYLVIE
                              (turning)
                       And, who the hell are you?!

             Howard walks toward Sylvie.

                          HOWARD                        NEIL
                  Howard Bradford Hutchinson-   This is my boss. He'll tell
                  Braunstien of GPS--           you everything. Please--

                          MARY                          MRS. WORTHINGTON
                  ... and he's my boyfriend--   ... you better be alright--

                                 SYLVIE
                       Shut up! Everybody just shut up!

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL BACKYARDS - NIGHT

             Sam jumps a fence. He tumbles into the yard and races across
             to some bushes. He squeezes through and hops another fence.

             Cop 1, in hot pursuit, stumbles and trips.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

                                 SYLVIE
                              (to Mary)
                       Who was the man that ran away?

                                 MARY
                       I'm trying to tell you. He's--

                                 HOWARD
                       He's making off with millions of--

                                 NEIL
                       Detective, please let us go after--

                                 RAJ
                       I don't think we're going
                       anywhere, McGuire.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Hey! Who are you?

                                 RAJ
                       I'm his partner.
                              (to Neil)
                       Right, Partner?

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL STREETS - NIGHT

             Maurice, Henri and TJ pile out of the Limo. TJ points.

                                TJ
                       He's back there. GO!

             The Twins take chase. TJ calls into Gringo.

                                 TJ
                       Get in the front.

             TJ runs around and bumps into Gringo, cradling his lap-top.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Another COP CAR 2 slides into the alley.

                                 SYLVIE
                       He went that way! Stay on the radio!

             Cop Car 2 takes off.

                                 SYLVIE
                              (to Neil and Raj)
                       ID's, now!

             Neil and Raj dig in their pockets. Neil holds up his licence.

                                 NEIL
                       We almost had him, Sir. We were--

                                 HOWARD
                       Shut up, Neil!

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL BACKYARD - NIGHT

             Cop 1 creeps by, passing within inches of Sam, hidden in the
             bushes. Cop 1 stops and looks around, listening.

             Sam tosses a stick over a fence. Cop 1 chases after the noise.

             Sam sneaks away.

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Sirens. Barking. Crying Baby. Squawkie talkies. BEEPING.

             A CAB stops on the street at the end of the lane by the
             parking lot. Raj sees it and nudges Neil. Neil ignores him.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Let's talk, Monsieur!

             Howard moves to Sylvie, offering his ID.

                                 HOWARD
                       We are tracking a suspect who has
                       stolen top secret property.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Top secret?

                                 MRS. WORTHINGTON
                       That man of yours is going nowhere
                       fast except to jail!

                                 MARY
                       Mamma, please. Don't start--

                                 SYLVIE
                       What man is going to jail?

             The Beeping slows.

                                 MARY
                       She means my boyfr--

                                 HOWARD
                      I'm not at liberty to reveal that
                       information.

                                 NEIL
                              (offering his ID)
                       Detective, can we go?

                                 SYLVIE
                       No one's going nowhere.
                              (to Howard)
                       What information?

             Raj taps Neil again. Neil sees the Cab. Neil pockets his ID,
             whips the Tracker behind his back and lowers the volume.

             Lady Cop eyes Howard. She's hot for him.

                                 HOWARD
                       Details. I'm not at liberty to
                       reveal any details. My company is
                       under contractual restraints--

                                 SYLVIE
                       Monsieur will find himself in
                       physical restraints if he does not
                       answer the question maintenant!

             Neil and Raj slink back into the shadows and disappear.

                                 SYLVIE
                       What's that damn beeping?

             INT/EXT. PB'S CAB/TRAVELLING - NIGHT

             Raj dives in the front, Neil hops in the back. The Cab pulls
             away. Neil checks out the Hindu Driver.

                                 RAJ (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       Good work, PB!
                              (to Neil)
                       This is my cousin, Prabhu
                       Panditharadhyal Balasubramanyam.

             Neil scans the DRIVER ID on the seat back. He looks at Raj.

                                 NEIL
                       PB?

                                 RAJ
                       Very good, McGuire!

                                 NEIL
                              (checking his Tracker)
                      Raj, tell PB to turn right at the
                       corner.

                                 RAJ (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       Hang a right at the corner. We're
                       after a bad ass thief!

             The Cab takes the corner.

                                 PB (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       You're lucky Dispatch listens to the
                       scanner. What's with all the cops?

             Raj begins a rapid-fire Hindu explanation of what's happening.

             INT/EXT. TJ'S LIMO/PARKED - NIGHT

             Gringo shows TJ the screen.

             Sam's Blip and one Dot move. The other Dot, Howard's, is
             stationary.

                                 TJ
                       Which way?

             PB's Cab passes TJ's Limo. Gringo sees the Cab pass them.

                                 GRINGO
                       One of the GPS dudes is in there.

                                 TJ
                       It's time to get busy!

             TJ floors it.

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL BACKYARD - NIGHT

             Sam jumps a fence. Across a large lawn is a long SLATTED
             FENCE. He checks around then crouch-runs toward it.

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL LANE INTERSECTION - NIGHT

             Maurice and Henri meet up. Maurice signals Henri to split up.

             Henri shrugs, he doesn't understand. Maurice whispers.

                                 MAURICE
                        La bas, Henri!

             EXT. LANEWAY BEHIND MARY'S APARTMENT - NIGHT

             Howard shows off his Display to Sylvie.

                                 HOWARD
                       Mini micro geostationary
                       positional satellite tracking
                       beacons embedded into the disc
                       that has the top secret designs...
                           (leans closer, whispers)
                       ...of the Christian Dior fall
                       lingerie collection.

             Lady Cop moves closer, all ears.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Dior? A Montreal?

                                 HOWARD
                       Very hush-hush. Millions of
                       dollars are at risk and my own
                       business will be ruined if this
                       delicate information fell into the
                       wrong hands.

                                 SYLVIE
                              (pointing at Tracker)
                       Why is this green dot following
                       the red one?

                                 HOWARD
                       Well, even though I developed this
                       amazing technology...
                              (looks at screen)
                       ...following?!

             Howard looks past Sylvie and Lady Cop. Sylvie turns.

                                 LADY COP
                       What?

                                 SYLVIE
                       They're gone!

             Lady Cop turns. Neil and Raj aren't there.

                                 SYLVIE
                              (to Lady Cop)
                       Hold these women upstairs.
                              (to Howard)
                       Can we track them?

                                 HOWARD
                       Yes! Of course! Hop in.

                                 SYLVIE
                       Come on! You show me the way!

             Sylvie pushes Howard aside and jumps into the driver's seat.

                                 HOWARD
                       Right away, mia bella, Sylvie.

             INT. PB'S CAB/TRAVELING - NIGHT

                                 RAJ (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       ...and sister Pooja's tandoori
                       duck feast, a--

             Neil lunges over the seat with Tracker in hand.

                                 NEIL
                       Right! Right! Right!

             PB cranks hard right. Neil is thrown back.

                                 RAJ (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       ...promfret stuffed with red
                       masala and vegetable biryani...

             EXT. RESIDENTIAL BACKYARD - NIGHT

             Maurice jumps a fence and crashes into garbage cans.

                                 MAURICE
                       Merde!

             EXT. SLATTED FENCE - NIGHT

             Sam folds into the shadows as he hears the racket behind him.

             INT. PB'S CAB/TRAVELING - NIGHT

                                 RAJ (HINDU; SUBTITLED)
                       ...so what about my Partner Neil
                       here?

                       Hook Pooja up with this cat?
                       That's crazy, man!

             Neil double-takes. The Beeping frequency increases.

                                 NEIL
